Peaky Blinders Caps

"Peaky Blinders" can be used interchangeably with "flat caps" or "ivy caps. " The term was associated with a street gang in Birmingham, England in the early 20th century.  These gangsters were always well dressed, often sporting an ivy cap to complete the look. The word "peaky" may have been slur of sorts, and "blinder" is an English expression for someone of dapper appearance.
